Facebook Live Videos Gaining better Ground on News Feed: – Facebook Tuesday announced that its recently launched Facebook Live Videos will gain more ground by appearing higher on news feed compare its traditional news feed.

The move will see Facebook altering its feed algorithm.

Formally, facebook news feed has the tradition of displaying updates, video, photos, and links. But this time, around, Facebook Live Videos will gain more frequency on the feed.

Facebook Live started with iOS in December 2015 before the gradual introduction of Android devices.

Facebook actually want these videos to gain higher appearing rate on feeds.

“As a first step, we are making a small update to News Feed so that Facebook Live Videos are more likely to appear higher in Feed when those videos are actually live,” said Facebook spokesperson.

There are plans by Facebook to increase the numbers of celebrities Live Videos with the option of paying users of the feature.

The feature was formally opened up to celebrities and “influencers” before it was made popular to all. Of course, Facebook Live Videos has gained a new height.

Facebook made a statement about this when it stated that it was rolling out payment for participants. The statement reads “that the company is working with support partners and will use “potential monetization models” to getting this feature popular and viral.
