Mark Zuckerberg Throws His Support On Apple Refusal To Unlock Gunman’s Phone.

Facebook owner on Monday in Barcelona gave his support on apple’s refusal to bypass security functions on a criminal’s phone.

Mr. Zuckerberg said that Facebook on its part will play every role needed to fight global terrorism but stepping low on the digital security of technology companies is a bad idea.

The news has been on since the past week when the federal magistrate judge, at the Justice Department asked Apple to unlock the phone of a gunman to aid information about the suspect.

The gunman was involved in the December mass shooting in California. Unlocking Unlock Gunman’s Phone is some difficult to encourage.

Apple took a stand that against the request of the Magistrate Judge stressing that that might lead to the so-called back door to the company’s encryption technology which they suspect the government agencies might misuse.

“I don’t think building back doors is the way to go, so we’re pretty sympathetic to Tim and Apple,” said Mr. Mark.
